TodoListas ("we", "the application") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This policy describes how data is managed within the application.

1. Local Storage and User Data

The application works primarily offline and locally. Your lists, tasks, and alarm data are stored in your device's internal memory. We do not collect, store, or share this data on external servers owned by us.

2. Cloud Backup (Google Drive)

The application offers an optional backup feature through integration with the Google Drive API. By using this feature:

• The application requests access strictly to its own application data folder (AppData). We do not have access to your personal files, photos, or private documents stored in your Drive.
• Backup files are transmitted directly between your device and Google's servers using encrypted connections.
• The user is responsible for managing and securing their Google account. TodoListas is not responsible for data loss resulting from misuse of the account or failures in third-party services.

3. Third-Party Services (Advertising and Analytics)

To keep the application free, we use the following services:

• Google AdMob: May collect advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Android's AAID) to display ads. We comply with EU consent policies (GDPR).
• Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous statistical data (device model, usage time, technical errors) to help us improve app stability. No personally identifiable information is collected.

4. European Union Users (GDPR)

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Since we do not store your data on our servers, you may exercise these rights by managing your backups in Google Drive or deleting local data from the app settings.

5. In-App Purchases (VIP Version)

One-time purchase transactions (VIP) are handled exclusively through Google Play Billing. We do not have access to your payment details, credit cards, or banking information.
