By downloading or using the TodoListas application, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please make sure to read them carefully before using the app.

1. Use of the Application

TodoListas is provided for personal and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to attempt to extract the source code of the application, translate the application into other languages, or create derivative versions.

2. VIP Features and Payments

Certain app features require a one-time purchase (VIP). These transactions are processed through the Google Play Store. We are not responsible for technical issues arising from Google’s payment platform, although we will try to assist whenever possible.

3. Backups and Data

Although we provide a cloud backup feature (Google Drive), the user is solely responsible for regularly backing up their information. TodoListas is not responsible for data loss caused by:

• Failures of the user's device.
• Accidental deletion by the user.
• Interruptions to the Google Drive service.
• Unauthorised access to the user’s Google account.

4. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to update or modify the application and its services at any time to improve the user experience. Some older features may be changed to make way for new technological improvements.

5. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of the app.
